To follow-up the mermaid posted
1/24/12, this paint splash can be seen on the sidewalk on Frederick St. near Kezar stadium in San Francisco. To me, it looks just like an elephant spouting water out of its trunk. The eye (upper left quadrant) is actually a piece of guy smushed flat.
