Watercolor Portraiture

Of all the portraits I've completed, the piece below is the only watercolor.  The subject is my friend Vali's grandmother painted using a cell phone photograph for reference.  I found the poor quality of the older cell phone photo lent nicely to watercolor and was pleased with the end result!
